LIHTC Project Manager

The LIHTC Project Manager will oversee and manage Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role is integral to the construction department of a property-focused organization in New York.

Description

  • Oversee all phases of LIHTC construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Review and approve project budgets, schedules, and construction plans.
  • Coordinate project financing and maintain documentation for audits.
  • Address and resolve project-related issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality control.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals align with company objectives.
