Project Engineer
My client are looking for a Project Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is eager to grow their career while delivering high-quality residential communities.
Client Details
My client are a respected owner/builder based in Puyallup, WA specializing in ground-up multifamily developments.
Description
- Support Project Managers and Superintendents throughout all phases of construction
- Manage and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams
- Maintain and organize project documentation
- Assist with cost control, budgeting, and scheduling
- Help ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Conduct site visits and progress inspections as needed
Profile
- Experience in construction project engineering, preferably in multifamily
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project or similar tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specs
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and detail-driven
Job Offer
- $75,000-$100,000 DOE
