Estimator
The Estimator will play a vital role in the Construction department within the Property industry, responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and ensuring project budgets are effectively managed. This position requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and maintain budgets.
- Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure competitive pricing.
- Monitor project costs and provide updates to ensure budget adherence.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, budgets, and related documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and pricing to ensure competitive project estimates.

Profile
A successful Estimator should have:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and methods within the Property industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
