Senior Project Manager- Multifamily

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale multifamily projects from preconstruction through completion. This individual will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.

Description

• Serve as the lead project manager on large-scale multifamily developments ($50M+).
• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management from preconstruction to turnover.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Collaborate closely with owners, developers, architects, and engineers to ensure project success.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Handle risk management, contract negotiations, and financial forecasting for the project.

Profile

• 10+ years of construction management experience, with a strong background in multifamily projects.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale projects ($50M+) as the primary PM.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and other construction management software is a plus.
