Superintendent- Healthcare Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee healthcare construction projects in Miami, FL. This role requires a proven leader who can manage field operations, ensure quality control, and maintain safety standards on complex healthcare projects.

Description

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for healthcare construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve on-site issues, and enforce best practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring projects meet their expectations and industry standards.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction.
• Strong understanding of AHCA regulations and other healthcare-specific building codes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades, schedules, and budgets in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
