Superintendent- Healthcare Construction
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee healthcare construction projects in Miami, FL. This role requires a proven leader who can manage field operations, ensure quality control, and maintain safety standards on complex healthcare projects.

Description
- Oversee day-to-day field operations for healthcare construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve on-site issues, and enforce best practices.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring projects meet their expectations and industry standards.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction.
- Strong understanding of AHCA regulations and other healthcare-specific building codes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades, schedules, and budgets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary ($110,000 - $140,000), based on experience.
