Superintendent - Mixed Use Project
We're seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up mixed-use developments in Miami, including multifamily residential, retail, and structured parking components. Description
Oversee all on-site construction activities for ground-up multifamily and mixed-use projects, including garages and retail spaces.
Manage field operations from preconstruction through project closeout, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and budget.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, architects, and city inspectors to ensure smooth execution.
Enforce jobsite safety protocols and maintain compliance with all OSHA regulations.
Lead daily subcontractor meetings and resolve field-level challenges in real-time.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting throughout construction.
Profile
7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily and/or mixed-use developments.
Proven experience managing projects with a parking garage and retail components.
Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, logistics, and quality control.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage large subcontractor teams.
OSHA certification preferred; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Based in Miami or willing to relocate.
