Description

• Manage daily operations on-site, including subcontractor coordination, safety enforcement, and schedule adherence.
• Oversee all phases of construction, from mobilization through completion, ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Identify potential challenges and implement proactive solutions to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, logs, and as-built drawings.

Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, with a strong background in big-box retail or grocery store construction.
• Proven ability to manage projects valued at $5M to $25M.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate teams and meet deadlines.
• Expertise in reading blueprints and technical construction documents.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
