Description

• Lead the development and execution of advanced plastic engineering solutions to support complex product development initiatives.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to refine manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and elevate product quality.
• Conduct material selection, testing, and validation to ensure optimal performance, durability, and regulatory compliance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges within the plastics production environment.
• Develop and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including designs, specifications, and process guidelines.

Profile

A successful Senior Plastics Engineer should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline; an advanced degree is a plus for complex plastics applications.
• Deep expertise in plastic materials, processing techniques, and manufacturing methods, including injection molding, extrusion, and thermoforming.
