Project Manager/SPM - Healthcare Construction - D.C./MD
Our client is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead occupied healthcare renovation projects in DC and Maryland. This role offers the opportunity to oversee GMP/Lump Sum healthcare projects, including sensitive MEP-heavy renovations in occupied spaces, with occasional national travel.

Description
Lead and manage 2-3 active healthcare renovation projects simultaneously, with an average project value of $3M (ranging from $750K to $10M).
Oversee all phases of the project, from estimating and pricing through execution and completion.
Ensure quality, safety, and budget adherence on occupied space renovations, such as rooftop unit upgrades and complex OR suite renovations.
Work closely with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
Travel nationally 1-2 times per month (for 1-2 days) as the division expands.
Collaborate with pre-construction teams, contributing to pricing and estimating, which directly impacts bonus payouts.
Profile
Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Project Manager in construction, ideally with healthcare or MEP-heavy project experience.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of GMP/Lump Sum contracts and experience managing occupied space renovations.
Travel Flexibility: Open to occasional national travel.
Attributes: Hungry, smart, sharp, and hardworking with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Leadership: Capable of running $10M worth of work in the first year, with the expectation of doubling in year two.
Job Offer
Project Manager: Up to $125K base + $10K annual car allowance
Senior Project Manager: Up to $160K base + $10K annual car allowance
Car Allowance: $10K annually
Bonuses: Up to 5% of project profits
PTO: 18 days to start
