Technical Recruiter
As the Technical Recruiter, you will identify, screen, interview, and assess candidates to align with the company's hiring needs.

Description
- Identify, screen, interview, and assess candidates to align with the company's hiring needs.
- Actively and proactively source both active and passive tech talent using job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and existing candidate relationships.
- Utilize Boolean logic and advanced search strategies to streamline candidate identification.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to broaden the talent pool and attract top-tier candidates.
- Evaluate candidates' technical and interpersonal abilities through behavioral and competency-based interviews.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and in-demand skills within the market.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline by maintaining long-term relationships with potential candidates.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Profile
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Workday experience is a must.
- Experience in recruiting in Technology or Marketing space.
- Expertise in sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate assessment for high-volume hiring.
- Skilled in negotiation, offer management, and closing strategies to optimize hiring speed and quality.
- Understanding of contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time placements within a competitive talent market.
- Strong grasp of recruiting within fast-growing industries such as consulting and technology.
