Description

The Financial Controller - Distribution will lead the Accounting and Finance team and be responsible for the following:

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP and local financial regulations.
• Lead the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to guide decision-making.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for Global Corporate HQ
• Partner with business units to align financial performance with strategic objectives.
• Lead decision-making through robust financial models and scenario analysis.
• Navigate the complexities of working in a private equity-backed company, including managing investor reporting requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with local financial institutions and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage local financing opportunities to support projects and operations.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Related Degree
• 10 - 12+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership tenure
• Distribution/Wholesale Industry Sector - Preferred
• Global reporting and cross-border collaboration

Job Offer

The Financial Controller - Distribution position is the lead Finance position in North America - reporting to a Global CFO and working daily with the US President and will have the following compensation package:

• Base Salary: $145,000 - $155,000
• Bonus eligibility annually
