Project Manager - Mid/High Rises

As a Project Manager specializing in mid/high-rise construction, you'll oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects within the business services industry. Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for projects.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks to avoid delays.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Mid/High Rises should have:
