Description

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management and coordination from planning to implementation
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Ensure project stays on time and within budget
• Manage communication and provide reports on project status
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
• Resolve project issues and recommend improvements as needed

Profile

• A solid understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Proficient in using construction management software packages
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
