Description
The Superintendent - Leading GC - Charlotte will:
- Supervise daily construction activities and quality control of subcontractors involved in interior projects.
- Coordinate field efforts between trades to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects, adhering to contract documents, specifications, and safety standards.
- Communicate project updates effectively to company leadership.
- Attend and contribute to weekly subcontractor and owner/architect meetings.
- Enforce site safety protocols and track manpower.
- Complete daily reports, manage field office documentation, and assist with creating look-ahead schedules.
- Monitor site deliveries and ensure that all materials, equipment, and installations comply with approved submittals and contract documents.
Profile
The Superintendent - Leading GC - Charlotte should have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a focus on Commercial and Multifamily projects.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- OSHA certification (preferred).
- Proficiency in project management software.

Job Offer
The Superintendent - Leading GC - Charlotte will receive:
- Highly Competitive Base Salary - $90,000-$120,000.
