The High Rise Lead Superintendent will oversee construction projects, ensuring all works are completed on time and to the highest standards. With a focus on business services, the successful candidate will have experience in managing construction projects and teams.

Description



  • Project Oversight: Manage and supervise all phases of high-rise construction, from site preparation to final inspection, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.



  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the work of subcontractors, construction workers, and project staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.



  • Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and labor to avoid delays.



  • Quality Control: Monitor construction quality and safety standards on-site, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulations, plans, and specifications.



  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise on-site, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain project momentum.



  • Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.



  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs, track project progress, and report on key metrics to senior management and stakeholders.



  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the construction process.

Profile

Proven Expertise: At least 3-5years of experience in construction management, specifically in high-rise or large-scale commercial construction projects, with a solid understanding of building codes, safety standards, and construction techniques.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities, capable of managing diverse teams, subcontractors, and project staff, while maintaining a focus on quality, safety, and productivity.



  • Project Management Acumen: Expertise in developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, with a keen ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing conditions on-site.



  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members.



  • Safety & Compliance Focus: A deep commitment to enforcing safety protocols and ensuring regulatory compliance, with a history of maintaining high safety standards on large construction sites.



  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in project management software and construction technology, such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar tools, and the ability to leverage technology for project tracking and reporting.



  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results on tight timelines.



  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying potential issues and quickly implementing solutions to keep the project on track.
