Our client is a US based manufacturer that designs and builds commercial/industrial water heaters, boilers, and water heaters. They are known for their high quality as they do all of their manufacturing in the US and have a focus on using high quality materials and rigorous testing to ensure quality is met.

They serve engineers, contractors, and facility operators across a wide range of markets.

Description

• Manage and support sales reps, distributors, and service centers to resolve field issues
• Conduct field reports
• assist in scheduling and supporting clients
• Generate and develop new relationships within the assigned territory
• create and present product training programs
• Represent the company at trade shows
• Ensure procedures are communicated, implemented properly, and evaluated for quality and effectiveness

Profile

• 4 plus years of in boiler and water heater services in commercial/industrial space
• knowledge of heating equipment, design, and boilers
• experience with installations of commercial HVAC equipment
• Ability to perform hands on troubleshooting
