Payroll Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk with hands-on expertise in Ceridian Dayforce to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and supporting all payroll-related functions. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, while providing excellent service to our employees.

Description
Review payroll using Ceridian Dayforce for [weekly/biweekly/monthly] payroll cycles.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, changes in pay, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and relevant employment laws.
Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
Generate and distribute payroll reports as needed by management and finance.
Address payroll-related queries from employees in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with year-end processing including preparation of tax documents (e.g., P60s, P45s, or equivalent depending on region).
Liaise with HR and Finance to ensure alignment on employee data and benefits information.
Stay current with legislative and system updates affecting payroll processing.
- Executes clerical functions regarding payroll such as organization of payroll documents
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
Profile
- Ability to work efficiently and with precision.
- 1+ years of HR, payroll or benefits experience.
- (Ceridian) Dayforce experience essential.
- Ability to effectively communicate.
- Data entry skills.
- Solid organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll process, regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience using payroll software and MS Excel for data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
