The Project Management team is responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in the Central Arkansas area.

Description

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all project sites.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
• Oversee procurement of materials and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
• Support the team with problem-solving and decision-making to achieve project goals.

Profile

A successful Construction Project Management professional:

• Proven track record in managing or supporting construction projects
• DATA CENTER project experience
• Ability to travel or stay in Central Arkansas for an extended period
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
