Traveling Data Center PE-APM-PM-QA/QC- Central AR
The Project Management team is responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in the Central Arkansas area.

Description
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all project sites.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Oversee procurement of materials and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Support the team with problem-solving and decision-making to achieve project goals.

Profile
A successful Construction Project Management professional:
- Proven track record in managing or supporting construction projects
- DATA CENTER project experience
- Ability to travel or stay in Central Arkansas for an extended period
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $76,500 to $150,000 annually.
