Description

Project Manager - Award Winning General Contractor - Charlotte will be responsible for:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and performance.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and other documentation.
  • Enforce safety and quality standards on job sites.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Profile

Project Manager - Award Winning General Contractor - Charlotte should have:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of construction-related project management experience with a general contractor.
  • A proven track record of running multifamily or commercial projects $15M+
  • Knowledge of construction methods and materials, costing, & scheduling
  • Applicable software knowledge
  • Ability to organize, think ahead, plan and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
