Superintendet (K-12/Higher Ed)
This superintendent manages field activities for education‑focused facilities including K‑12 buildings, campus expansions, and modernizations.

A builder with a long track record delivering education, healthcare, multifamily, and commercial facilities across Florida.
Description
- Manage all on-site construction activities for K-12 and higher education projects in Miami.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
- Lead education-sector builds that directly serve local communities.
- Direct daily site operations for school-based projects.
- Maintain schedule, safety, and compliance oversight.
- Coordinate subcontractors and project logistics.
Profile
A successful Superintendent (K-12/Higher Ed) should have:
- Proven experience in construction management within the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of K-12 and higher education construction processes and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in Miami.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- A collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
Job Offer
- Competitive annual salary between USD 150.000 and USD 170.000.
