Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities for K-12 and higher education projects in Miami.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
  • Lead education-sector builds that directly serve local communities.
  • Direct daily site operations for school-based projects.
  • Maintain schedule, safety, and compliance oversight.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and project logistics.

Profile

A successful Superintendent (K-12/Higher Ed) should have:

  • Proven experience in construction management within the property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of K-12 and higher education construction processes and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in Miami.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • A collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.

Job Offer
