Risk and Control Associate
This position requires a candidate with a strong understanding of financial risk and control measures, capable of maintaining and enhancing risk management frameworks in the financial services industry.

Our client is a large organization specializing in financial services.
Description
- Maintain and enhance risk management frameworks.
- Ensure that risk and control environments are in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to manage risk effectively.
- Implement control measures to mitigate financial risk.
- Report on risk profiles to senior management.
- Act as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries related to risk and control.
- Participate in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Foster a culture of awareness and understanding of risk and control.
Profile
- 2-3 years experience in Accounting and Finance , with desire to transition into a dynamic risk and controls role.
- A solid understanding of financial risk and control measures.
- Proven experience in risk management within the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risk.
