Structured Finance Officer
The Structured Finance Officer will lead the credit process on new and existing project finance transactions.
Client Details
Foreign bank operating on a hybrid schedule of 2 days in office, 3 days WFH
Description
- Credit analysis on new project finance transactions
- Prepare credit applications and internal rating proposals
- Build relationships with outside advisors and lenders
- Review and process waivers and amendments
- Manage the documentation process
- Stay in the know on various topics and research new sectors, countries, and regulatory matters
Profile
- Bachelors degree
- 1-3 years in project finance
- 5 years of overall financial services experience
- Analytical
- Proficient communication skills
- Excel, Macros
- Spanish fluency is a plus!
