The Construction Superintendent will oversee commercial ground up and interior rennovation projects in and around Hartford, CT.

Our client is a growing general contractor based in Hartford, CT focusing on commercial projects (ground up and rennovations).

Description

• Manage daily on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any quality control issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and logs.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.

Profile

• 2-10 years Superintendent experience with General Contractors on commercial projects (experience in CT is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain efficient schedules.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
