Description

• Oversee the entire construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and trade partners to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee quality control and project success.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications.
• Lead onsite project teams and coordinate with office staff for smooth project delivery.

Profile

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager running projects independently from start to finish
• Background in Residential/Custom homes
• A bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or related
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills
