Description

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze project requirements, specifications, and drawings to determine scope and budget.

• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor bids to determine cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor project costs and adjust estimates as needed to stay within budget.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on project progress and costs.
• Maintain detailed records of all estimates and project documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction methods.
