Description

The Project Manager - Top Regional GC - Charleston will be responsible for:

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment with objectives.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, implementing adjustments as needed.
• Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and codes.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Profile

The successful Project Manager - Top Regional GC - Charleston should have the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 years as a Project Manager in the building and construction industry, with proven success on multifamily or commercial projects.
• Mixed-use & Multifamily experience
• Concrete / podium-style - post-tension experience is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of motivating and managing cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, project delivery approaches, and financial management.
• Ability to read and interpret contracts, plans, and construction documents accurately.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, and schedules.
• Familiarity with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) as well as MS Office Suite.
• PMP, OSHA, or other relevant certifications preferred.
