Development Project Manager
We're seeking a motivated Development Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our commercial and multi-unit residential development projects. In this role, you'll manage everything from initial planning and permitting to budgeting and construction oversight, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with our high standards for quality.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align design, costs, and timelines with project goals.
- Manage permitting and regulatory approvals, ensuring all projects comply with local codes and requirements.
- Oversee project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and address any issues to ensure seamless project progression.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in development or construction.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to engage with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with local permitting and regulatory requirements is a plus.
