Process Engineer - Chemical Manufacturing - Weymouth, MA
The Process Engineer is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the efficient, safe, and high-quality production of products. This role involves collaboration across multiple teams, development of training materials, and supporting new product commercialization while maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards.

Description
- Gain proficiency in core manufacturing processes through hands-on training with operators and engineers.
- Manage projects under the guidance of the Operations Manager, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Troubleshoot process issues and work directly with technicians and operators to resolve them.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and training materials for operators.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of continuous improvement strategies across the plant.
- Ensure adherence to change management protocols and proper communication during process adjustments.
- Assist with new product and process commercialization, ensuring smooth transitions from R&D to full production.
- Use statistical process control (SPC) techniques to monitor product quality, process capability, and yield.
- Improve operational efficiency, focusing on first-pass quality, productivity, and safety.
- Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Operations, and other teams to ensure successful product commercialization and operational handoff.
Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering
3+ Years of Refinery manufacturing experience
Strong Process Optimization skills
Demonstrated chemical manufacturing experience
Excellent communication skills
Safety first mindset
Job Offer
