SCA Superintendent | Brooklyn, NY
We're seeking a Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation projects for the New York City School Construction Authority (SCA). This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to lead critical public sector education projects that directly impact the city's infrastructure.

With decades of experience in the industry, they specialize in SCA, DDC, and other public agency work, maintaining a strong reputation for excellence, integrity, and project delivery.
Description
Supervise all field operations from start to finish, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field personnel to maintain efficient workflows.
Enforce site safety, compliance, and SCA-specific regulations.
Manage daily reporting, inspections, and project documentation.
Lead and mentor field teams, ensuring strong communication and execution on site.
Profile
Minimum 5+ years of superintendent experience with NYC public agency projects, ideally SCA.
Strong knowledge of ground-up and renovation work in occupied or urban school environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple trades and schedules simultaneously.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
OSHA certification and familiarity with SCA standards are preferred.
