Construction SCA Project Manager - Brooklyn, NY

We are seeking an experienced SCA Project Manager to lead K-12 school construction and renovation projects throughout Brooklyn. Description

• Oversee all phases of SCA projects from preconstruction through turnover.

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and compliance with SCA standards.

• Lead coordination between architects, engineers, subcontractors, and city representatives.

• Ensure site safety, quality control, and adherence to project requirements.

• Handle subcontractor procurement, change orders, RFI submissions, and documentation.

• Act as the primary point of contact with the SCA, building strong working relationships to ensure project success.

Profile

• 7+ years of construction experience, including at least 3 years managing SCA projects.

• Deep understanding of SCA standards, protocols, and reporting requirements.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

• Proficient in Procore, Primavera, and other project management tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
