Construction SCA Project Manager - Brooklyn, NY
We are seeking an experienced SCA Project Manager to lead K-12 school construction and renovation projects throughout Brooklyn. This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected New York contractor with a deep pipeline of SCA work and a reputation for delivering projects that directly improve local communities.

Description
Oversee all phases of SCA projects from preconstruction through turnover.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and compliance with SCA standards.
Lead coordination between architects, engineers, subcontractors, and city representatives.
Ensure site safety, quality control, and adherence to project requirements.
Handle subcontractor procurement, change orders, RFI submissions, and documentation.
Act as the primary point of contact with the SCA, building strong working relationships to ensure project success.
Profile
7+ years of construction experience, including at least 3 years managing SCA projects.
Deep understanding of SCA standards, protocols, and reporting requirements.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in Procore, Primavera, and other project management tools.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
