Description

The Superintendent - Healthcare and Education - Raleigh will be responsible for:

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities for public sector construction projects, including medical centers, K-12 schools, and higher education facilities.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, ensuring project milestones are met.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Manage job site safety, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and the company's safety protocols.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain project schedules, manage resources, and oversee project budgets for jobs valued at $10M+.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues and conflicts to minimize project delays.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permits.

Profile

The Superintendent - Healthcare and Education - Raleigh will have the following experience:

• 5-8+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on public sector projects such as healthcare, K-12 schools, and higher education.
• Proven experience managing projects valued at $10M or more.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent (required).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and project management tools.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
