Quality Engineer
This Quality Engineer acts as the critical link between Quality, Technical Services, Production, and customers, resolving issues that arise in aerosol valve and injection molding operations. The role requires strong communication, technical understanding, and the ability to confidently mediate between groups.

Description
- Oversee and maintain quality assurance processes within the manufacturing environment.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control measures.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions to technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for quality procedures and protocols.
- Train and guide team members on quality standards and best practices.
- Support new product development with quality testing and feedback.

Profile
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of aerosol valves strongly preferred.
- Experience with plastic injection molding highly beneficial.
- Bold communicator able to confidently push back when needed.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work onsite and handle customer‑facing technical discussions.
