Description

• Lead daily job site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and site logistics
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for project teams and clients
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Troubleshoot issues and drive solutions to keep projects on track

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and scheduling tools
• Proven ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors effectively
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with the Knoxville market or willingness to relocate
