Description
Key Responsibilities of a Construction Assistant Project Engineer - Sacramento
- Writing all purchasing orders, RFIs and submittals
- Processing and negotiating all change orders
- Having complete knowledge of contract documents
- Preparing monthly budget reports
- Publishing the details of Owner Architect Contractor meetings
- Obtaining building permits
- Coordinating work of all trades on paper prior to construction beginning

Job Offer

- Base salary $80,000 - $90,000 DOE
