Description

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes based on productivity, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards.

• Assist in the estimation of costs for new and ongoing projects, ensuring projects stay within budget.

• Design, develop, and implement both manual and automated manufacturing processes.

• Evaluate and define machine and production requirements for effective system integration.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize delays and maintain quality.

• Develop and maintain systems and equipment to ensure continuous improvement in the manufacturing process.

• Organize and optimize production lines, facility layouts, machine operations, and network systems to boost efficiency.

• Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure that all manufacturing processes meet safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

• Train staff in new manufacturing techniques, processes, and safety standards.

• Research and integrate the latest technologies into the manufacturing process for ongoing enhancements.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and fabrication methods.

• Familiarity with quality assurance practices and industry standards.

• Proficient in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage projects effectively and work within team environments.
