Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and improving the processes and systems used in the production of goods. You will focus on researching automation solutions, optimizing workflows, testing system efficiency, and improving factory layouts to maximize productivity.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes based on productivity, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards.
Assist in the estimation of costs for new and ongoing projects, ensuring projects stay within budget.
Design, develop, and implement both manual and automated manufacturing processes.
Evaluate and define machine and production requirements for effective system integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize delays and maintain quality.
Develop and maintain systems and equipment to ensure continuous improvement in the manufacturing process.
Organize and optimize production lines, facility layouts, machine operations, and network systems to boost efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure that all manufacturing processes meet safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Train staff in new manufacturing techniques, processes, and safety standards.
Research and integrate the latest technologies into the manufacturing process for ongoing enhancements.
Profile
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and fabrication methods.
Familiarity with quality assurance practices and industry standards.
Proficient in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage projects effectively and work within team environments.
