We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Head of Residential to lead and oversee all operational aspects of our residential property portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the luxury property industry and a proven track record in strategic planning, financials and operations.

Description

• Oversee all aspects of residential property operations, including leasing, resident relations, and property maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase profitability.
• Work closely with team members to ensure optimal performance and service delivery.
• Lead business development initiatives to expand the company's residential portfolio.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent approach to property management.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the New York property market to inform decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Profile

A successful 'Head of Residential' should have:

• A relevant degree.
• Experience working in luxury residential development.
• Will come from an asset management, property management or acquisitions background.
• Possesses strong understanding of the leasing process and a robust network
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• An in-depth understanding of the property industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
