Traveling Project Manager
We are working with a well known mid-sized general contractor as they seek to hire a Traveling Project Manager for their light industrial that they are working on across the southeast.
Client Details
This company is top ENR firm with an established presences in Nashville but is continuing to grow their over all reach. This is an employee owned firm that prides itself on its culture and employee focuses mind set.
Description
- Run/manage project from start to finish
- Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
- Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
- Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
- Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.
Profile
The ideal Project Manager will have:
- 7+ years of superintendent experience in the commercial construction space
- Strong communication skills, particularly with subcontractors and other project team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
- Ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- a Bachelor's Degree
