Description

As a Project Executive, you will oversee multiple large‑scale projects and serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, business development, and project leadership.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the successful execution of large commercial projects $20M+ (ideally $50M+)
• Providing executive‑level oversight for project teams, schedules, budgets, and client communication
• Serving as the senior liaison for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business
• Supporting business development efforts, including pursuit strategy and client presentations
• Driving project excellence, safety, quality, and profitability
• Mentoring project teams, including Senior PMs, PMs, and APMs
• Collaborating closely with operations leadership on staffing, project planning, and forecasting
• Representing the company in industry events and client meetings across the region

Profile

A successful Project Executive should have:

• 10-15+ years of GC experience, including Senior PM or Project Executive‑level leadership
• Proven success managing large projects $20M+ (preferably $50M+)
• Diverse project experience - multifamily, healthcare, commercial, institutional strongly preferred
• Strong business development and client/account management experience
• Experience with MS Project, MS Office, and Procore
• Excellent leadership, communication, and diplomacy skills

Job Offer

• Base salary: $185K-$200K+ (flexible for the right person)
