Description

• Assist the Superintendent in managing daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects.
• Help coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Support quality control efforts and help resolve field issues.
• Maintain daily logs, site photos, and progress reports.

Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in a field or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid) is a plus.
