Client Details
Our client is a well-established construction company with a strong portfolio of education and commercial projects in Brooklyn. They are recognized for their expertise in delivering innovative and functional spaces, from schools to corporate offices and retail centers. We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee both education and commercial construction projects in Brooklyn. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure the successful completion of each project while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
Description
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on education and commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Profile
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to completion, for both education and commercial projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the proper execution of design and construction plans.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns as they arise.
- Oversee site inspections, managing progress reports, and resolving any issues that may arise during construction.
