Description
- Oversee the billing and collection process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoicing and client payments for assigned partners or practice groups.
- Manage aging AR reports, take necessary actions to resolve underpayments, and ensure full payment is received.
- Prepare accurate bills, including narrative descriptions and transfers, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Monitor bill processing, coordinate E-Billing submissions, and work with various internal teams to streamline the billing process.
- Lead regular UBT/AR meetings with assigned partners and address any billing or collection issues.
- Support the team with day-to-day operations, handle special projects, and contribute to continuous improvements in billing procedures.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant billing experience in a professional services or law firm setting. Strong proficiency in Excel and Word, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a keen attention to detail are essential. The candidate should be capable of working independently, anticipating client needs, and managing complex billing processes with professionalism.
Job Offer
The position offers a competitive base salary range of $100,000 to $115,000, with additional benefits including healthcare.
