Senior Project Manager- Healthcare Construction
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale healthcare construction projects in Fort Lauderdale, with a focus on VA hospital work. This is a high-impact leadership role for a professional with a proven track record in delivering complex medical facilities on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Lead project teams, including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project goals and client expectations.
Ensure compliance with all VA and healthcare construction regulations, codes, and quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement on site.
Profile
10+ years of progressive construction management experience, with a strong emphasis on healthcare facilities.
Direct experience delivering VA hospital projects or other federal healthcare work.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare construction regulations, infection control protocols, and safety requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
