Senior Project Manager- Healthcare Construction

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale healthcare construction projects in Fort Lauderdale, with a focus on VA hospital work. Description

• Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Lead project teams, including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.

• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project goals and client expectations.

• Ensure compliance with all VA and healthcare construction regulations, codes, and quality standards.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, design teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Drive a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement on site.

Profile

• 10+ years of progressive construction management experience, with a strong emphasis on healthcare facilities.

• Direct experience delivering VA hospital projects or other federal healthcare work.

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare construction regulations, infection control protocols, and safety requirements.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
