They are looking for a multifamily construction superintendent to join the team.

Description

• Oversee all field operations for a large-scale multifamily project, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence in San Diego as a multifamily construction superintendent.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and trade partners to maintain smooth workflow.
• Implement and enforce site-specific safety programs and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, and client representatives to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
• Drive efficiency and accountability across all phases of construction.

Profile

• Experience: Minimum 10+ years in building and construction, with at least 5 years in a Multifamily Construction Superintendent role; multifamily experience required.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of building systems, scheduling, and quality control.
