Multifamily Director of Construction | San Antonio, TX
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and on schedule, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Description
- Uphold and promote the corporate culture and values.
- Encourage professional growth and align team efforts with our mission.
- Understand and manage Owner Contracts, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders.
- Formulate and distribute Subcontracts and Purchase Orders.
- Ensure a comprehensive grasp of project financials.
- Keep accurate and updated cost accounting forecasts.
- Review and authorize all subcontractor and supplier invoices and pay applications.
- Offer strong leadership throughout the construction process.
- Keep all parties informed about job progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Maintain daily communication with the Project Management team for scheduling and quality control.
- Verify adherence to project documents and timelines through mandatory job site visits.
- Coordinate punch and closeout procedures with Field Staff and Owner Representatives.
- Prepare and train team members for position advancement.
- Lead and approve design projects before distribution to internal and external clients, ensuring that the highest design standards are met.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in multifamily construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost accounting, and project estimating.
- Exceptional leadership, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and initiative.
Job Offer
- Salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 (based on experience)
