Description
- Serve as the lead liaison between the company and customers, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to align internal efforts with customer expectations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new markets.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure consistent value delivery.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, account reviews, and market analysis to executive leadership
- Utilize spreadhseets and CRM system to document and communicate sales metrics
- Manage 10+ million in annual business
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in account management, project management, business development, or technical sales, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial sectors.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-value accounts and work effectively across departments.
- Familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes and technical product knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time in south shore Massachusetts office
