Description

  • Project Management: Support project execution from preconstruction through completion on luxury single-family home builds

  • Mentorship: Assist the Project Manager in overseeing scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control

  • Presentation: Regularly interface with high-profile clients, architects, and designers, maintaining a polished and professional presence

  • Schedule Management: Conduct site walks, track project milestones, and help ensure timely delivery

  • Documentation: Help manage project documentation including RFI logs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes

  • Travel: Work on-site in Greenwich, CT 1-2 days per week, with remaining time split between the Springfield office and home

Profile

  • 2-3 years of experience working in the luxury residential construction sector

  • Familiarity with country estate projects is strongly preferred over purely urban work

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interface comfortably with high-end clients and design professionals

  • Eager to grow into a Project Manager role over time-ambitious but collaborative

  • Comfortable traveling to sites in Greenwich and NYC (train and walk accessible)

  • Polished, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a mentorship-heavy environment

Job Offer

  • Competitive Base Salary: up to 85K (commensurate with experience)

  • Bonus: Annual performance-based
