Description
Project Management: Support project execution from preconstruction through completion on luxury single-family home builds
Mentorship: Assist the Project Manager in overseeing scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
Presentation: Regularly interface with high-profile clients, architects, and designers, maintaining a polished and professional presence
Schedule Management: Conduct site walks, track project milestones, and help ensure timely delivery
Documentation: Help manage project documentation including RFI logs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
Travel: Work on-site in Greenwich, CT 1-2 days per week, with remaining time split between the Springfield office and home
Profile
2-3 years of experience working in the luxury residential construction sector
Familiarity with country estate projects is strongly preferred over purely urban work
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interface comfortably with high-end clients and design professionals
Eager to grow into a Project Manager role over time-ambitious but collaborative
Comfortable traveling to sites in Greenwich and NYC (train and walk accessible)
Polished, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a mentorship-heavy environment
Job Offer
Competitive Base Salary: up to 85K (commensurate with experience)
Bonus: Annual performance-based

Travel: Mileage or transit reimbursement for job sites
