Healthcare Superintendent - Ground-Up & Interior Buildouts

We're hiring a Superintendent for a top General Contractor in Fort Lauderdale specializing in ground-up and renovation healthcare projects. You'll lead field operations on medical offices, clinics, and VA hospitals, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery.

Description

• Manage day-to-day field operations for healthcare construction projects (both new builds and renovations).

• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timelines and budgets are met.

• Ensure strict adherence to AHCA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards specific to medical facilities.

• Lead jobsite safety meetings and oversee compliance with safety protocols.

• Maintain detailed site logs, schedules, and progress reports.

• Troubleshoot issues on-site and proactively resolve delays or conflicts.

Profile

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction, ideally focused on healthcare projects.

• Strong understanding of AHCA regulations and healthcare-specific construction standards.

• Proven track record leading ground-up and renovation projects in occupied or sensitive environments.

• Ability to communicate effectively with medical staff, owners, and subcontractors.

• Highly organized, safety-focused, and proactive in problem-solving.
