Senior Project Manager - JOC Projects - Downers Grove
The Project Manager will be working on JOC projects around the Chicagoland area. They will be overseeing multiple projects at a time and will be working on municipal and school work. Project Manager will be joining a team of Superintendents and Assistant Project Managers that are doing exclusively JOC work.

This firm does an average of $1B a year and has been around for over 50 years. This contractor does work across a couple different states and they're looking for someone to add to their local team to handle JOC projects coming up in their pipeline. Description
- Develop detailed project plans, including time-lines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Only on-site one day a week, in office for other 4.
- Ability to estimate during the project
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion
- Ensure that projects are completed within the scope, time-line, and budget outlined in the project plan
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project schedules, and progress reports
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
- 5+ years of experience in Construction
- Have run multiple projects from conception to completion
- Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
- JOC experience is not required
- Estimating experience preferred
