The Production Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. Description
- Manage and oversee the stamping production process
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures
- Ensure safety regulations are adhered to in the production department
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize production workflow
- Assist in the development of production budgets and forecasts
- Train and mentor production staff to ensure high productivity
- Identify opportunities for production process improvements
- Manage production resources to meet delivery deadlines
Profile
A successful Production Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a stamping production environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of production quality standards and regulations
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Being bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus
